I take 1 scoop of BCAA’s typically to the face right out of the scooper then mix a scoop with water & ice. The particular brand that I have used for a long time also has Electrolytes in the powder another reason I’ve used this brand for a longtime plus this brand’s product taste great. I’m going to do a full review on their product later but for now I would highly recommend XTEND  The Original 7g BCAA plus Electrolytes. This has zero calories & sugar it is great for fasting also.
